Ms. Kashaf is currently serving as the Assistant Director at the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), where she contributes to the continuous improvement of academic standards and institutional quality. Prior to this, she worked as a Coordinator at the Professional Development Center at the University of Sialkot, where she was responsible for designing and implementing programs aimed at faculty and staff development.
