The Examinations Branch is a vital part of the university and is associated with the different activities that range from secrecy, conduct, evaluation, compilation, normalization, and announcement of results to the issuance of certificates and degrees and the verification of credentials. The entire work of the Examinations Branch is conducted as per the Act, Statutes, Rules, and Regulations made therein by the authorities of the university.
The Controller of Examinations is the custodian of the examination records of the students and provides creditable support to the faculty and students in line with best practices countrywide.
The Examinations Branch office, being responsible for maintaining the examination records, takes on the responsibility of providing quality service to the students and faculty in all spheres of examination matters. Along with the other essential functions, it assumes transparency, integrity, secrecy, and quality service as its core values. The main functions include the preparation of date sheets, conducting the examinations, compilation and declaration of results, preparation of transcripts and degrees, as well as arranging the convocations.
In order to promptly extend overwhelming services, the Examinations Branch has a vibrant team consisting of Assistant Controller Exams (Security) and Assistant Controller Exams (Conduct), who are dedicated professionals augmented with the best service skills.
