Ms. Ammara Younas

Ammara Younas is a lecturer at the Biosciences Department of Grand Asian University, Sialkot. She is highly qualified professional with a Master’s degree in Zoology with the specialization in the field of Microbiology from GC University, Lahore. She has published scholarly article and book chapters, describing the role of microorganisms (Bacteria) in the degradation of environmental pollutants. She has expertise in the field of medical entomology, microbiology and molecular biology. She also possesses proficiency in Isolation, cultivation, molecular characterization of Bacteria, FTIR, GCMS, LCMS and polymerase chain reaction. She has diverse academic/ administrative experience at various institutes, Lecturer of zoology/biology and BS coordinator at post-graduate Royal College of sciences (University of Sargodha and GC University Faisalabad affiliated) and Lecturer of zoology and biology at Punjab group of colleges.
