Dr. Saqib A. Siddiqui is a learned professional and an analytical thinker, holds doctorate degree in Leadership & Management Studies with research area in Emotional Intelligence, Individual Innovation, Resistance to Change and Organization Learning. He owns diversified qualifications in IT and Management field. His professional experience is spread over 21 years in the Software Industry, Banking, Education and Development Sector in the field of general management, human resource management, teaching/ training, projects design, monitoring & evaluation, including 14 years mid-level managerial position. He is a seasonal faculty member in various educational institutions and consultant, advisory /board member of various corporate institutions. He is part of Champion of Reforms group established by Ministry of Planning Development & Special Initiatives, Government of Pakistan. His portfolio includes preparation and successful completion of training calendars, EOIs of development projects aligned with UN SDGs 2030, manuals and process proformas for smooth and successful running of business operations. Dr. Siddiqui is alumni of Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand for the Advance Management Visit Program on Human Resource Management at Thailand and Australia.
