Fatima Afzal is working as Lecturer in faculty of pharmacy, Grand Asian University Sialkot, Pakistan. She has done M.Phil Pharmacology from University of Sargodha, Sargodha. She has evaluated anticoagulant and antithrombotic activity of synthetic coumarin derivative compounds. She has expertise over following experimental research models clotting time, Prothrombin time (PT) , Activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT), Bleeding time, thrombolytic activity and capillary tube experiment.

She has worked as Quality control analyst in Quaper Pharmaceuticals industry located in city Sargodha. She has efficiently performed different Quality control tests used for Lab analysis of Tablets. She is expert in handling, performing and utilizing Lab instruments and equipments such as Fribilator, hardness tester, Leakage tester, Dissolution test, Disintegration test, UV spectrophotometer etc. She has also joined Government Sardar Begum Hospital, Sialkot to fullfil her clinical project and also done internship under supervision of Hospital Pharmacist. In hospital she learned about prescription handling , dispensing of medicines. Also She has visited hospital wards along with medical practitoners and involved in diagnosis and pharmacological treatments of different diseases. She got much appreciation from hospital. She is hard working and passionative about working for Pharmacy profession. She has aim to furnish her skills, improve knowledge and become fruitful for profession.
