Ms. Areeba Bashir is a Nutrition Consultant and academic with a strong background in Food Science, Human Nutrition, and Dietetics. She completed her Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Food Science and Technology from the University of Sargodha and earned her Master of Science (Hons.) in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.

Her academic and professional interests include clinical nutrition, functional food development, food product formulation, food quality and safety, public health nutrition, and nutrition counseling. She has practical experience in managing patients with metabolic and gastrointestinal disorders, designing individualized nutrition plans, and promoting evidence-based dietary interventions.

Her postgraduate research focused on the development and evaluation of low-fat soybean-based mayonnaise, aiming to improve nutritional quality through innovative fat replacement strategies. She has authored research publications in the fields of food science and nutrition and has presented her work at national scientific conferences.

Her current teaching and research interests include Clinical Nutrition, Functional Foods, Food Product Development, Public Health Nutrition, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, meal planning and management, and Nutrition Education. She is committed to integrating scientific research with practical nutrition solutions to improve individual and community health while contributing to academic excellence through teaching and research.
