Code of conduct
Every member agrees to these ten commitments on joining the society.
- Members shall uphold scientific integrity and honesty in all research and discussions.
- Active participation in seminars, lab sessions and industry visits is expected.
- Diverse research findings and clinical opinions shall be discussed with academic respect.
- Members must follow safety and ethical protocols set by the executive committee.
- Falsification of data or disregard for patient safety principles will not be tolerated.
- Laboratory instruments, samples and materials must be handled with proper care and precision.
- Members shall represent the society’s professionalism during industry and hospital visits.
- Punctuality for lab sessions and seminars is essential for safety and coordination.
- Members must comply with laboratory safety and institutional regulations at all times.
- Breach of professional ethics or lab safety protocols may lead to suspension from activities.
