Arslan Qaiser

Mr. Arslan Qaisar has MBA /M.Phil. degree 18-Years of education from University of Central Punjab (UCP) year, 2015 & has 13 years working experience at renowned institution /companies and public sector university. He has worked as Assistant Director in Institute of Social & Cultural Studies, University of the Punjab, Lahore from 5th August, 2020 to January 1st 2024. He also has worked with Standard College as the capacity of Assistant Registrar (Admin, HR & Academics) from September 1, 2008 to November 30, 2011 and in “Telenor” and “Abacus Consulting before starting MBA. He joined Punjab University Accounts Department as a Research Scholar in January, 2016. Later in July, 2016 he joined Institute of Administrative Sciences as Research Officer and engaged in teaching Managing & Leading Organizations, entrepreneurship and Human Resource Management courses in Evening Program. He also worked in IAS as “Assistant Coordinator Evening Programs” for Undergraduate and Graduate Levels. He served as a member of several Committees of Institute of Administrative Sciences. He is working on several research papers and his research interests include Management, Marketing and Human Resource Management
