5th Academic Council Meeting – Grand Asian University Sialkot

We are pleased to share that the 5th Academic Council of Grand Asian University Sialkot was successfully convened on November 25, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the University Board Room.

The session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Kamran Mujahid, Vice Chancellor, and was graced by esteemed external members:

Dr. Rukhsana Kausar — Pro-Vice Chancellor, RLKU

Dr. Amjad Hussain — Director General (Academics), HEC

Ms. Zahida Azhar — Additional Secretary, Higher Education Department (HED)

The Council took a landmark decision by approving the establishment of new faculty along with multiple new academic departments, reflecting the university’s commitment to academic growth, innovation, and excellence.

This achievement marks another milestone in elevating GAUS as a hub of quality education and future-focused learning.
