Muhammad Zubair Khalid completed his Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Government College University Faisalabad (GCUF), Punjab, Pakistan. He specializes in extraction technologies, particularly green extraction methods such as microwave-assisted and ultrasound-assisted extraction, as well as areas including meat science, sensory evaluation, and plant-based extraction of bioactive compounds. His initial research focuses on extracting phytoconstituents from agricultural waste. To date, Muhammad Zubair Khalid has authored more than 45 publications, including both international and national journals, along with 1 book chapter and 2 conference proceedings. He has also participated in numerous international conferences, both nationally and locally.
