Ms. Sabina
Lecturer
I hold an MS degree in Food and Nutrition from the University of Sialkot (2022–2024), where I
conducted research on the effect of Moringa oleifera and Spirulina
on anemic females of reproductive age. I have completed my
Doctor of Dietetics and Nutritional Sciences (DDNS) degree from
the University of Lahore (2017–2022). Professionally, I bring three
years of experience from International Abbott Company as a
Dietitian and over 1.6 years of clinical practice at Hussnain Medical
Complex, Sialkot, along with internships across nutrition and
healthcare settings.
My research interests include clinical and therapeutic nutrition, functional foods, micronutrient
deficiencies, and evidence-based dietary interventions for vulnerable populations. As an
educator, my teaching philosophy focuses on fostering a student-centered, engaging
environment where theoretical knowledge is integrated with practical application to develop
critical thinking, ethical practice, and evidence-based decision-making in future nutrition
professionals.
