Muhammad Hassan

Muhammad Hassan is currently serving as a Lab Engineer in the Department of Computer
Science at Grand Asian University, Sialkot. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Software Engineering from the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Sialkot.
With a strong academic foundation and a keen interest in practical education, he actively
supports students in gaining hands-on experience in core computing subjects. His technical
expertise includes programming with C++ and OOP, web development using HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, and PHP, and working with databases using MySQL. He also has foundational
knowledge in data science and machine learning with Python, along with hands-on
experience in ICT tools and Microsoft Office for lab instruction and academic tasks.
In addition to his academic qualifications, Hassan holds certifications in Digital Marketing
and WordPress Development, equipping him with skills in SEO, social media marketing, and
dynamic website creation. His final year project, “IoT-based Soil Analysis and Crops
Recommendation using Machine Learning,” involved developing a smart agriculture
system using IoT sensors and ML models to monitor soil and suggest suitable crops.
His professional interests include IoT applications in smart agriculture, practical computing
education, digital transformation in learning environments, student mentoring, and enhancing
lab-based instruction in computer science.
