Javeria Ahmed

Javeria Ahmed is a dedicated and passionate educator currently serving as a Lecturer in the
Department of Computer Science & Software Engineering of Grand Asian University,
Sialkot. She holds a BS in Software Engineering from the University of Sargodha and an
M.Phil in Information Technology from the University of Gujrat.
Her academic journey and professional experience have shaped her strong interest in
Machine Learning and Cybersecurity. She is particularly focused on intelligent threat
detection, data privacy, and the development of secure, technology-driven systems. She
actively explores how innovative solutions—like blockchain and AI—can address modern-
day security challenges.
As part of her research contributions, she authored a paper titled "Blockchain for IoT Security
and Privacy in Healthcare Sector", published in the World Academy of Science, Engineering
and Technology – International Journal of Electrical and Information Engineering (Vol. 16,
No. 12, 2022).
In the classroom, she strives to create an interactive and motivating learning environment.
She is committed to helping students develop a strong foundation in computing, critical
thinking skills, and hands-on technical expertise to succeed in both academia and industry.
