Strengthening IEEE Engagement, Research & Industry Linkages
Grand Asian University Sialkot (GAUS) continues to expand its academic, research, and professional engagement through meaningful participation in international academic and professional forums.
Prof. Dr. Zeeshan Ashraf, Senior Member IEEE and Dean, Faculty of Computing & Information Technology, GAUS, attended the “IEEE MiniPOCO and Funding Opportunity Workshop 2026” at UET Lahore, on a special invitation from the Session Chair, organized by the IEEE Lahore Section.
The event brought together distinguished faculty members, university representatives, and professional members of IEEE, providing a valuable platform for knowledge sharing, professional networking, research collaboration, and exploring funding opportunities.
The session was formally welcomed by Dr. Yasir Saleem, Session Chair, IEEE Lahore Section, along with Prof. Dr. Majid Hussain, Secretary, Conference Organizers, IEEE Lahore Section.
