Self Assessment Report (SAR)
A training session on the preparation of the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) for the Program Review for Effectiveness and Enhancement (PREE) was successfully conducted on 25 February 2026 for Program Team members. The session was facilitated by Mr. Hamza Jan, Former Director, Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), Grand Asian University Sialkot, along with Dr. Sheharyar Ahmed Khan, Deputy Director, QEC, and Mr. Muhammad Nouman, Deputy Director Academics.
The primary objective of the training was to enhance participants understanding of the SAR preparation process and to provide practical guidance on conducting comprehensive program reviews in accordance with quality assurance standards. The session covered key aspects of evidence-based documentation, outcome-based education (OBE), assessment of program learning outcomes, and best practices for continuous quality improvement.
The training featured interactive discussions and practical insights, enabling participants to develop the knowledge and skills required to prepare effective Self-Assessment Reports and implement the PREE framework successfully. This initiative demonstrates the University’s continued commitment to strengthening its quality assurance mechanisms, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring excellence in academic programs.
