Mrs. Zikhatu Amina Alleza

Lecturer

I hold an MPhil in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from PMAS Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi
(2022–2024), where I conducted research on the treatment of insomnia using a Polyherbal powder
formulation. Prior to this, I completed a BS (Hons.) in Nutrition and Dietetics from Government College
University, Faisalabad (2018–2022). Professionally, I have served as a Consultant Nutritionist at Nutrico
Morinaga(NOV 2023 to sept 2024). Additionally, I gained clinical experience as an intern dietitian at
prominent healthcare institutions including CMH Lahore, Mayo Hospital Lahore, and Niazi Medical
Complex Hospital Sargodha. These roles allowed me to develop a strong foundation in clinical nutrition,
patient assessment, and multidisciplinary healthcare collaboration. My academic and professional
interests include clinical dietetics, the use of herbal and functional foods in managing chronic conditions,
and the role of nutrition in neurological and sleep-related disorders. I am passionate about advancing
nutrition education and research, and I am committed to contributing meaningfully to the academic and
clinical training of future dietitians.
