Dr. Zeeshan Ashraf

Dr. Zeeshan Ashraf earned his PhD in Computer Science from IQRA University, Karachi, Pakistan. He has done an MSCS degree with a specialization in computer networking and secure services from UMT, Lahore, Pakistan. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT field, holding various key positions. He is a CISCO CCNP (Routing and Switching) certified professional. He is a senior member of IEEE. He is the author of several books published by international publishers. His several research articles have been published in well-reputed international conferences and Q1 & Q2 journals having good impact factors. He is working on different funded research projects in collaboration with the National and International Universities. He has strong grip on curriculum development for BS and MS degree programs. He also has strong grip on Outcome-based Education (OBE) by following the Seoul accord. He has accreditation experience by NCEAC and HEC. He is the reviewer of multiple scientific journals. He has been reviewed multiple MS thesis as an external examiner. Currently, he is serving as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering at Grand Asian University, Sialkot, Pakistan. His main research interests include next-generation virtualized Internet architecture, IPv6 routing, performance modeling, information security, optimization techniques, and secure services in IoT-based networks.
