Dr. Gulnaz Shahzadi joined Grand Asian University as an Assistant Professor of Management, bringing with her a strong academic portfolio and substantial international experience. She completed a competitive postdoctoral fellowship at the Capital University of Economics and Business, Beijing, where she engaged in advanced research and teaching in the areas of sustainable operations and AI-enabled supply chain management. Dr. Shahzadi has authored more than eighteen research publications, many of which appear in leading journals, including the International Journal of Logistics, Journal of Manufacturing Technology Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, Service Industries Journal, Social Responsibility Journal, Current Psychology, Frontiers in Psychology, and Management Research Review. Her research interests span CSR, sustainable business operations and behaviors, and supply chains. Over the past decade, Dr. Shahzadi has taught a wide range of undergraduate and graduate courses across several reputable institutions in Pakistan and China, including Green International University, the University of Education, and NUML Lahore. At Grand Asian University, Dr. Shahzadi is committed to contributing to academic excellence through high-quality teaching, impactful research, and active engagement in international academic collaboration.
