Dr. Muhammad Tahir
Directorate of Student Affairs
The Directorate of Student Affairs is committed to fostering a vibrant, supportive, and engaging environment that enriches the student experience both inside and outside the classroom. Our role is to create a strong liaison between
students, faculty, and university administration, ensuring that every student has access to the support, guidance, and opportunities they need to succeed.
I believe that student life should be a blend of academic excellence, co-curricular growth, and personal development. The Office of Student Affairs works diligently to assist students in their educational journey, career readiness,
counseling needs, and overall well-being. Key functions of the Directorate include student orientation, issuance of ID and email credentials, course registration facilitation, counseling services, career guidance, job and internship placements, alumni engagement, student societies and clubs, discipline, scholarships, and organization of diverse events. Each of
these services is designed to provide students with not just solutions to their
immediate concerns, but also with long-term capacity-building experiences that prepare them for professional and personal challenges ahead.
Our vision is to ensure that every student finds the university a place of growth, opportunity, and belonging, a place where they can develop holistically and contribute meaningfully to society. Through co-curricular activities, skillbuilding workshops, mentorship, and career facilitation, we aspire to cultivate
confident, capable, and compassionate graduates who carry the university’s values with pride into the world.
At the heart of this Directorate lies a simple principle: students come first. Whether it is academic, emotional, or professional support, the Office of Student Affairs is the central hub where students can voice their concerns, seek solutions,
and find encouragement for their ambitions. Together, we strive to make the university experience not only academically rewarding but also personally fulfilling.
