01 – Social Media Marketing Officer
Core Skills:
• Digital marketing, SEO, email campaigns
• Meta Business Suite, Facebook Pixel, Instagram, Google & Facebook Ads
• Lead generation, content strategy, performance analytics
Key Responsibilities:
• Run digital campaigns to generate student leads
• Execute Google & web ads to boost visibility
• Increase social media engagement and explore new platforms
• Collaborate on content and track campaign results
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years experience in social media marketing
• Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) preferred

02 – Social Media Officer
Core Skills:
• Strong written communication and inbox management
• Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business
• Quick response handling with a consistent brand voice
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle DMs, comments, and student queries professionally
• Coordinate with the marketing team for accurate responses
• Escalate concerns and maintain a friendly online presence
• Track FAQs and suggest improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years in social media handling or customer service
• Academic environment experience preferred
