The Registrar’s Office is a vital department in a university which serves as the central hub for academic records, registration, and student information.

The Registrar’s Office is responsible for maintaining the coherence among all the departments of the University and integrity of academic records, ensuring compliance with academic policies, and providing exceptional service to students, faculty and staff. Being the custodian of the common seal and academic records of the University, this office is responsible for the safe custody of University Ordinance, Statutes and academic rules/regulations and ensuring their strict implementation. As an Administrative Head of the Secretariat of the University, this office is responsible for the provision of secretarial support to the Board and Vice Chancellor and act as Secretary Board of Governors, Executive Committee, Deans Committee, Academic Council, Board of Advanced Studies and Research, Selection Board Committee of the University. On behalf of the university, this office carries out the liaison and coordination with HEC and accreditation councils on requirement basis.
