Ms. Iram Arshad is highly accomplished and experienced academic administrator, higher education professional and emerging researcher specializing in Strategic Management (SM), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Human Resource Management (HRM). She is currently pursuing her PhD in Management with specialization in Strategic Management alongside a strong academic background that includes an MS in Management Sciences (HRM) with achievement of Gold Medal reflecting her academic distinction and commitment to excellence. With over a decade of progressive experience in quality assurance, examinations management, institutional research, academic administration, strategic planning, policy development, leadership management, event management and student services she has built a strong professional standing known for operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and data-driven decision-making. She currently serves as the Deputy Controller of Examinations at Grand Asian University Sialkot, where she leads key academic operations including examination planning, control and monitoring, result processing, adherence to academic regulations, development & implementation of SOPs, academic record verification, secrecy management and convocation organization. She also ensures the smooth integration of examination policies across academic departments and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, she serves as the Focal Person for HEC Higher Education Statistics, ensuring the timely, accurate, and comprehensive submission of institutional data at the national level. Her extensive professional background has strengthened her expertise in QA processes, accreditation procedures, HEC compliance, survey development, monitoring & evaluation, performance auditing, staff training, policy formulation, leadership and institutional development. In her earlier managerial roles across student services, administration, strategic planning  and quality enhancement, she contributed to operational improvements, student engagement initiatives, process restructuring, and organizational development at the highest level. She demonstrates strong technical proficiency across multiple academic and administrative software platforms, complemented by advanced skills in academic data management, documentation, research analysis, communication, event coordination, leadership, and strategic policy development. Her achievements include the MS Gold Medal, Shining Star Award (UOG), Student of the Year Award, along with several distinctions acknowledging her academic, professional, and extracurricular excellence.  Dedicated to continuous growth, she remains committed to advancing her academic pursuits, strengthening institutional leadership, and contributing meaningfully to the higher education sector.
