Mr. Jawad A. Butt is a seasoned education management professional with over 15x years of extensive experience in leading and executing academic projects and administrative functions across public and private sector institutions. Holding a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from IBA, Punjab University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration, and certification in Project Management, he has established himself as a strategic leader in education management. His career spans various prestigious organizations, including the Higher Education Commission Projects (HEC), University of Management and Technology (UMT), Grand Asian University Sialkot (GAUS), Foundation University Islamabad (FUI), Punjab Group of Colleges (PGC), FF Education Division (FFHO), Sialkot Medical College & University Project (SMC), National Institute of Design & Analysis (NIDA), ILM Colleges ,Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), and the United Nations Development Projects (UNDP).
Mr. Butt’s core competencies lie in academic management, Registrar Office Affairs, Regional Educational Administration, Project Coordination and Implementation, Establishment of Academic Initiatives, Student Services, and handling statutory and accreditation matters related to HEC and various regulatory councils. His strategic leadership and deep understanding of institutional frameworks have contributed significantly to the development, execution, and success of numerous educational initiatives at both national and regional levels.
