Waqas Ahmed is a Lecturer of Biochemistry with specialization in the field of fermentation and animal stem cell culture. Working Experience in the various Higher Education Institutions as stated below:

• Assistant Director ORIC/Lecturer of Biochemistry, Grand Asian University of Sialkot (GAUS)

• Served as a “Visiting Faculty” at Shanghai Jiao Tong University Overseas Education College International Summer School Program.
• Three-year experience working with “Mammalian Cell Culture (ADSC, Hela, Sertoli Cell)” in Dept. of Bioengineering, East China University of Science and Technology
• Two-year experience as visiting “Lecturer/Demonstrator” in Dept. of Biochemistry and Biotechnology PMAS Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi.
• Appointment as Intern in Professional Development Internship Program (PDIP) from 29-July-2013 to 30-September-2013 in Dept. of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, University of Gujrat, Pakistan.

Projects handled by him are as follows:

• Master’s Thesis Work on “Evaluation of Molasses for Lactic and Poly lactic acid Production through Fermentation Process” at University Institute of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, PMAS Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi.
• Worked on a Project “Isolation, Purification and Monetary analysis for Production of edible oil from wild Olive” funded by Higher Education Commission Pakistan as a Research Associate from 2015-2016.
