• Prepared a project for establishing the BS-4 years programme at B.Z.University, Multan and won a grant of Rs.37.957 million from HEC, Islamabad to run six disciplines namely Botany, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics & Zoology each comprising of eight semesters successfully completed the project.
• Prepared a project for Sub Campus, D.G.Khan of B.Z. University, Multan and won a grant of Rs.38.828 million from HEC, Islamabad. Administrative approval for the amount Rs.38.828 million has been given by HEC in its meeting held on 11.0 7.2006.
• Prepared a project of amount approximately Rs.500 million for establishing D.G.Khan Sub- Campus of B.Z.University, Multan. Ultimately it took the shape of full-fledged University at D.G.Khan
