Dr. Aisha Rauf’s motive is making every goal a success through technical abilities, professional competencies and leadership characteristics. She wishes to work in a dynamic and challenging Organizational, hospital, academic and industrial environment that demand the best of my personal skills and theoretical & practical knowledge. And in so doing, helps her not only to recognize where her strengths lie, but also to develop them, providing me the opportunity to diversity or specialize, and thus equipping her with all the skills necessary to contribute to the fullest that she can towards our mutual growth. Presently she is working as Assistant Professor in the subject of Pharmaceutics with core responsibilities to teach the subject of Biopharmaceutics as a full time regular faculty member in the department of Pharmacy, Grand Asian University, Sialkot. Besides academic, she is also a member of Board of studies, time table committee, departmental disciplinary committee, and University harassment committee. Currently, Dr. Rauf has published 10 research articles in very good quality and impact factor journals with a total Impact Factor of 37.138.
